Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced halved onions
- 2 teaspoons concentrated beef base
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 lb beef top round steak (1/2 inch thick), trimmed of fat, cut into serving-sized pieces

Step1In Dutch oven or 12-inch skillet, combine all ingredients except beef; mix well. Place beef over tomato mixture. Bring to a boil.
