- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint sprigs
- 6 black currant tea bags
- 2 quarts (8 cups) water
- Lemon slices, if desired
Instructions

Step1Place mint springs and tea bags in 2-quart glass jar or pitcher. Add water; cover. Set jar in sun for 6 to 8 hours.

Step2To serve, remove mint springs and tea bags from jar. Serve tea over ice with slices of lemon.
