Beef Stroganoff Bites

Ingredients
- 1 canrefrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
- 1/4 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup French onion sour cream dip (from 8-oz container)
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on cutting board; cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares.

Step2In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and mushrooms on medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain well. Stir in sour cream dip, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the pepper.

Step3Spoon about 1 teaspoon mixture into center of each square. Bring opposite corners of square over filling; press to seal. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon chives.

Step4Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
