Artichoke and Kalamata White Pizza

This all-white pizza packs a lot of grilled up flavor, with fresh ingredients and gooey cheese.
Artichoke and Kalamata White Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 can (14 or 15 oz) artichoke hearts in water, chopped, drained
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Step1Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill.

Step2Unroll pizza dough. Place on hot grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on the side facing down.

Step3Use a pizza peel or two sets of tongs to gently turn dough. Immediately spread thin layer of ricotta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with artichoke hearts, olives and Parmesan cheese. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cooked through.

Step4Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
