Use the entire roll of cookie dough, increasing pumpkin pie spice to 2 teaspoons, the cranberries to 1 cup and the chopped pecans to ½ cup as indicated in Step 1. While cooking one batch of cookies in the air fryer, keep the remaining dough covered and refrigerated. Repeat with remaining dough to make 4 batches of cookies; 6 cookies each.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to line the air fryer basket with foil?

Yes, lining the basket with foil allows you to lift the foil with the very tender, just-baked air-fryer cookies out of the appliance, This allows you to move them easily. Do run air fryer with foil only inside.

My air fryer doesn’t have the same temperature control settings, how can I make these cookies?

Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and mode. Consult your appliance’s manual for suggested temperature settings.

My cookies didn’t cook—what happened?

Air fryers with strong fans can cause excess foil to fall, covering cookies in air fryer. If this happens, try using a piece of foil in the basket with less excess foil on the sides.
