- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 lb. beef top round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 1/2 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz. carton)
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Step1Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion, garlic, cumin and chili powder; cook and stir until beef is browned.

Step2Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is fork-tender, stirring occasionally. If desired, top individual servings with sour cream.
