South-of-the-Border Steak with Corn Relish

Ingredients
Corn Relish
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped avocados
- 1 (11-oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
Steaks
- 6 (4 to 6-oz.) boneless beef rib eye steaks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic-pepper blend
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, combine all corn relish ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

Step2Rub steaks with garlic-pepper blend and chili powder; place on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once. Serve with corn relish.
