Ingredients
- 1 smoked turkey wing (about 1 1/4 lb)
- 3 1/2 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 lb collard greens, ribs and stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped (about 8 cups)
- 5 medium green onions, chopped (5 tablespoons)
- 1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Red pepper sauce

Step1Remove skin and meat from turkey wing; discard skin and bone. Coarsely chop meat.

Step2Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir together turkey and remaining ingredients except pepper sauce.

Step3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 hours. Serve with pepper sauce.
