Shrimp Po' Boy on Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 12 frozen breaded butterfly shrimp, tails on (from 9.2-oz package)
- 4 biscuits from 1 bag (18 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Garlic Cheddar Biscuits (15 Count)
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown or creole mustard
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Line large sheet pan with cooking parchment paper. Place shrimp on one side of pan. Bake 5 minutes.

Step2Place frozen biscuits on pan with shrimp, 2 inches apart. Bake 15 to 19 minutes longer, turning shrimp once, until biscuits are golden brown and shrimp are heated through.

Step3Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish and mustard.

Step4To serve, carefully remove tails from shrimp, and discard. Split warm biscuits. Top bottom half of each with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture. Top with 1 slice tomato, 3 shrimp and 1 tablespoon shredded lettuce. Cover with top half of biscuit.
