Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 links (about 1 lb) mild Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bag (14.4 oz) frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step1Cook and drain pasta as directed on box.

Step2Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and garlic; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned; drain.
