- 4 beef cube steaks (about 1 lb.)
- 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Step1Prepare mashed potatoes.

Step2Sprinkle both sides of each cube steak with garlic-pepper seasoning. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add steaks; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Remove steaks from skillet; cover to keep warm.
