Peanut Butter and Jam-Filled Waffles

- 8 slices bacon, if desired
- 8 frozen buttermilk, low-fat or multi-grain waffles
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup strawberry or any flavor jam or preserves
Instructions

Step1Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside.

Step2Toast waffles as directed on package. Spread 4 waffles with peanut butter and half of the jam. Top each waffle with 2 bacon slices, breaking slices to fit waffles.

Step3Top with remaining waffles; press slightly. Place on individual serving plates; drizzle with remaining jam. Serve with knife and fork.
