Orange Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, halved lengthwise, then sliced crosswise

Instructions

    In large bowl, mix orange juice, honey and poppy seed with whisk until blended. Add strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and kiwifruit; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
