Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands! Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (8 count)
- 1 jar (15 oz) salsa queso cheese dip
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lb refrigerated or thawed frozen cooked beef meatballs, cut in half (about 22)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ diced tomatoes, drained

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Place pieces in baking dish. Drizzle with 3/4 cup of the queso dip; toss to coat biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the cilantro. Arrange meatballs and tomatoes over biscuits; drizzle with remaining queso dip.

Step3Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Let stand 10 minutes.
