- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 5 1/4 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from two 32-oz. cartons)
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 2 (15.5-oz.) cans red beans, drained, rinsed
- 3 oz. (1 cup) uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)

Step1Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, celery and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add cabbage, carrots, broth, water, Italian seasoning and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step2Return to a boil. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and rotini are tender, stirring occasionally. If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.
