Meatloaf with Mustard-Barbecue Topping

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
Topping
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix until well blended. Press firmly in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 50 minutes.

Step2Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Set aside.

Step3Remove meatloaf from oven; spread 1/4 cup topping over loaf. Return to oven; bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F. and meat is thoroughly cooked in center. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve with additional topping.
