- 1 lb. beef liver
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 medium onions, sliced

Step1Cut liver into serving-sized pieces. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Coat liver with flour mixture.

Step2In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towel, reserving drippings in skillet.

Step3Add liver and onions to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve topped with crisp bacon.
