Ingredients
- 24 slices (1/4 inch thick) baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cream-style prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 medium green onion, chopped (1 tablespoon)
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup watercress
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Brush both sides of bread slices with oil. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or until crisp. Cool 5 minutes.

Step2In small bowl, mix horseradish, sour cream and onion. Spread mixture over 1 side of each toasted bread slice. Top with beef; sprinkle with pepper. Top with watercress.
