Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham, chopped (1 3/4 cups)
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 3 (6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Instructions

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads and lettuce; mix well.

    Line pita bread halves with lettuce. Spoon ham salad into bread halves.
