Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb (1/2-inch thick) boneless ham steak, cut in 8 pieces
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.

Step2Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add ham; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until browned. Turn; cook 2 to 4 minutes longer or until browned on second side and heated through. Using tongs, transfer ham to plate; cover to keep warm.

Step3Stir coffee, water and sugar into drippings in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens slightly and reduces to about 1/4 cup. Split warm biscuits; top bottoms with ham. Evenly drizzle with gravy; add biscuit tops.
