Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 8 oz boneless beef round steak, well trimmed, cut into 2 serving-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup from 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
- 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce

Step1Spray 1 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until browned on both sides. Sprinkle both sides of steak with 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning mix.

Step2In small bowl, mix remaining 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix with remaining ingredients. Place 1 steak in bottom of slow cooker. Cover with half of the salsa mixture. Repeat with remaining steak and salsa mixture.

Step3Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
