Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1Brush griddle or skillet with vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray before heating. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (350°F).

Step2In large bowl, beat milk, eggs and molasses with whisk until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy).

Step3Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbly on top and dry around edges. Turn; cook other side until golden brown. Serve warm.
