Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shortening
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Premium Cake & Cupcake Mix
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup cinnamon multigrain flakes cereal, slightly crushed
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step2In large bowl, beat shortening and sugars with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; beat well.

Step3Stir in cake mix. Add coconut, cereal and oats; stir until well mixed.

Step4Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto large ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Sprinkle top of each with a pinch of sea salt.

Step5Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown and cracked on top. Cookies will be very soft; cool 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Store in covered container.
