Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 1 can (15 oz) chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
- 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

Step1Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix all ingredients except beans.

Step2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until pork is tender.

Step3Stir in beans. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook about 5 minutes longer or until hot.
