Pork chili made with Progresso™ beans and salsa is a perfect slow-cooked dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
  • 1 can (15 oz) chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

Instructions

    Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix all ingredients except beans.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until pork is tender.

    Stir in beans. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook about 5 minutes longer or until hot.
