Easy Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen cheesy rice & broccoli, thawed
  • 4 oz. smoked cooked Polish sausage or kielbasa, thinly sliced
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen diced cooked chicken breast, thawed
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

    Open pouches of rice mixture; pour into medium saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and of desired consistency, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley.
