Easy-and-Elegant Chicken-Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 lettuce leaves, if desired
  • 2 ripe medium pears, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 8 oz. (1 cup) creamy chicken salad (from deli)
  • 1 oz. (1/4 cup) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped smoked almonds

Instructions

    Line individual serving plates with lettuce. Arrange pear slices in fan shape over lettuce on each plate.

    Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad onto bottom half of each pear fan. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
