More About This Recipe
- Not only are these biscuits delicious, they’re honestly easier than buying them from the restaurant. AND—dare I say—they even taste better! (Adapted from The Slow Roasted Italian.) With ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and 20 minutes, you can have these delicious biscuits ready for dinner. Seriously, they are that quick and easy. Your people will fall hard for these biscuits and I have a feeling they will be your new go-to bread recipe for family dinners and gatherings. YES. I served them warm, with a little extra butter—and my family almost forgot about the rest of the meal. These biscuits pretty much stole the spotlight. Like I said, they are that good. Okay, so here’s what you’ll need—it’s simple. Flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, salt, butter, milk and dried parsley. See? Simple! For a sweet version, try adding a little bit of honey to the butter. To freeze, place the biscuits in a freezer safe bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight on the counter and warm in the microwave. When the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them with butter. Eat warm!
