Chicken Sausage Calzones for Two

Ingredients
- 4 biscuits from 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 link (3 oz) fully cooked chicken apple or smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup julienne-cut green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
- Additional pizza sauce, warmed

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Step2Place frozen biscuits on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on High 20 seconds; turn over, and microwave 15 to 20 seconds longer or until biscuits are softened. Place biscuits on cookie sheet; press each into 5-inch round. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on center of each to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top half of each with sausage, bell pepper and 1 tablespoon cheese. Carefully fold dough over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal.

Step3Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional pizza sauce.
