Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2
In 3-quart saucepan, mix soup, chicken and frozen vegetables. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat; boil 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Spoon into baking dish.
  • 3
Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles.
  • 4
Gently stretch each triangle, and place on top of hot chicken mixture.
  • 5
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until deep golden brown and crescent is baked through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Give your leftovers a new life! Deli rotisserie chicken is delicious in this recipe, but feel free to use other leftover cooked chicken you might have on hand.
  • tip 2
Can’t do carrots? Not pleased by peas? You can customize the veggies in your Chicken Pot Pie Crescent Bake for Two to suit your liking. Just add your own favorite combination of frozen mixed vegetables.
  • tip 3
Be sure to bring the soup mixture to a boil before spooning it into the baking dish. The heat from the pot pie mixture helps make sure the crescents are properly baked underneath.
