Cheesy Southwest Chicken Crescent Rolls for Two

Ingredients
- 1 can (4 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (4 Count)
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon spicy mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Separate dough into 4 triangles.

Step2In small bowl, mix chicken, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. Stir in 2 tablespoons of the cheese.

Step3Spoon chicken mixture onto short end of each triangle. Roll up loosely as directed on can. Place on cookie sheet.

Step4Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
