Canadian Bacon and Egg Baskets

Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Breadsticks (12 Count)
- 6 slices Canadian bacon (3 1/4 inches in diameter)
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 2 tablespoons diced roasted red bell peppers
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Shape each of 6 breadsticks into a coil; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out each coil into 3 1/2-inch round.

Step2Twist each remaining breadstick and wrap around edge of 1 round to make 1/2-inch rim; press edge to seal. Press each dough round to 3 1/2-inch diameter. Place bacon in center of each; sprinkle each with cheese.

Step3Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Step4Divide eggs evenly onto bread baskets; sprinkle with roasted peppers.
