Bread Machine Pistachio-Olive Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine dry yeast or active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped shelled pistachios
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

Instructions

    Use bread machine that produces 1 1/2-lb. or larger loaf. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Measure remaining ingredients carefully. Follow manufacturer's directions for placing ingredients in bread machine.
