Ingredients
Salad
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. European or Italian salad greens
- 1 (9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken strips
- 4 slices precooked bacon, cut into pieces
- 1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Step1Shred half of cucumber; reserve. Slice remaining cucumber. In large bowl, combine sliced cucumber and all remaining salad ingredients.
