    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Remove from heat; drain, and return to pan.

    Stir 2 tablespoons of the enchilada sauce into the beef mixture, then stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese; let cool 5 minutes.

    Separate dough into 4 triangles. Divide beef mixture evenly among wide ends of triangles. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle, rolling to opposite point. Place each filled crescent into baking dish.

    Pour remaining enchilada sauce over filled crescents. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

    Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes.
