Beef and Black Bean Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso™ Protein Southwest-Style Black Bean Soup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz)
- 1 can (10.2 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (5 Count)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink; drain.

Step2Stir in soup and salt; heat to simmering over medium heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Pour into baking dish.

Step3Separate dough into 5 biscuits; cut each in sixths. Arrange in single layer over beef mixture; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Step4Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown and biscuits in center of dish are cooked through on bottom. Let stand 5 minutes.
