Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
- 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (6 slices)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Original Biscuits (8 Count)
- 4 slices (3/4 oz each) American cheese, cut in quarters
- Ketchup, mustard and pickle slices, if desired

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and steak seasoning over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in bacon.

Step2Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 5-inch round. Place 2 quartered pieces of American cheese into center of each round. Place about 1/4 cup beef mixture into center of each round. Gently fold edges up and over filling; pinch to seal.

Step3Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray. Place 4 biscuit bombs, seam sides down, onto parchment round in basket of air fryer, spacing apart.

Step4Set air fryer to 320°F; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuit tops are golden brown. With tongs, turn over each one; cook 4 to 5 minutes longer or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from air fryer; cover loosely with foil to keep warm while cooking second batch. Repeat for remaining biscuit bombs. Cook as directed above. Serve with ketchup, mustard and pickles.
