These impressive-looking treats are pretty enough to bring to any Easter celebration, but easy enough that the anyone can make them (we’re looking at you, non-bakers)! All you have to do is start with a sugar cookie base and frost the baked cookies before decorating. The “nest” is simply made by using food coloring to dye flaked coconut, and the “eggs” can be created by using jelly beans or candy-coated chocolates.
