Anyone who knows me is knows how obsessed I am with pie, so when I say these cheesecake bars have me forgetting all about apple pie this fall season, I don’t say it lightly! The combination of diced Honeycrisp apples with creamy cheesecake nestled between two layers of crescent dough is some sort of genius, and I’m here for it. I’d never thought to make a cheesecake bar with crescent dough—normally I go for a cookie dough or pie crust base—but I’m so happy this recipe has convinced me otherwise!
