Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; press into 12x8-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Cut in half lengthwise, then in sixths crosswise. Cut each smaller rectangle in half diagonally to make 24 triangles. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles; cut each into 3 smaller triangles, to make 24 triangles (triangles will be shaped slightly differently).
  • 2
Spray 5.8- to 6-quart air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange 8 dough triangles in air fryer. Set air fryer to 380°F; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat twice with remaining crescent triangles.
  • 3
Arrange chips on platter; spoon tzatziki yogurt dip over chips, spreading slightly. Top with feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and dill weed.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Make this Greek nachos recipe your own! Top with additional Greek ingredients, such as kalamata olives or pepperoncini peppers. Or serve the cooked crescent chips on a separate platter with all of the toppings on the side, and let guests make their own creations.
  • tip 2
To prevent crescent dough from sticking between batches, stretch and cut the dough on parchment or waxed paper.
  • tip 3
Greek seasoning usually contains salt. If using a salt-free version, consider adding salt to taste.
  • tip 4
Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and model. If your air fryer doesn't have the exact temperature setting called for in this Greek nachos recipe, consult your manual for suggested temperature settings. Our recipes do not call for preheating your air fryer. Just set the temperature, and start.
  • tip 5
If you don’t have a 5.8-quart or larger air fryer, you can use a 3.7- to 4-quart air fryer and cook the crescent nachos in three batches. Follow the same instructions, but only cook 6 chips at a time. Making the air fryer crescent nachos in batches gives enough space for each one to cook without touching, allowing each chip to cook through to golden brown goodness. Be sure to cook them in a single layer.
