Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ Crunchy Taco Shells (12 Count)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 3/4 cup sour cream, if desired

    Heat oven to 250°F. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
