This fruity version of traditional coleslaw is creamy and crunchy. Tart apples such as Granny Smith are especially good in the salad.
Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients
DRESSING
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
SALAD
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup chopped unpeeled apple
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 (8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Step1In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.

Step2In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time.
