Light Asian Cabbage-Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
Salad
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. chicken or oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
- 3 tablespoons sliced or chopped almonds, toasted
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed, toasted
Instructions

Step1In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.

Step2In large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken and onion; toss to mix. Crumble ramen noodles; discard seasoning packet or reserve for a later use. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seed to cabbage mixture. Add dressing; toss to coat.
