Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 4 plum (Roma) tomatoes
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
- 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook 1 lb lean ground turkey and 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Set aside to cool completely.

Step2Chop 4 plum (Roma) tomatoes. Set out 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce.

Step3Spread 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans evenly inside ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Top with cooled turkey, half of the lettuce, half of the tomatoes, and 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles.

Step4Spread 1 1/2 cups sour cream evenly on top; top with remaining lettuce and tomatoes.
