Gruyère Monkey Bread Rolls

- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands! Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (8 count)
- 4 oz Gruyère cheese, shredded (1 cup)

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix butter and thyme until blended. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into 8 pieces. Add pieces to butter mixture; toss to coat. In each muffin cup, place 4 biscuit pieces and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese. Top with 4 more biscuit pieces.

Step3Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Sprinkle remaining cheese over rolls. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 1 minute. Remove from muffin cups. Serve warm.
