- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 (6 to 7-inch) hoagie buns
- 8 oz. sliced cooked chicken
- 4 (1 1/2-oz.) slices mozzarella cheese, halved lengthwise
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into rings
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
