Add a little fruity fun to your day with this flatbread that works great for brunch, dessert or even a sweet appetizer!
Cherry Streusel Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.

Step2Unroll pizza dough; cut into 6 squares. Place on cookie sheets. Spread pie filling evenly over dough.

Step3In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or 2 forks, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie filling.

Step4Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 15 minutes.

Step5Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Using fork, drizzle icing over flatbread.
