Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, beat cream cheese, wing sauce and milk with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Stir in chicken, bell pepper, 1/4 cup of the green onions and 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese until well blended. Spoon evenly into casserole.

Step3Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Place biscuit pieces on top of cream cheese mixture.

Step4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are no longer doughy. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sliced green onions.
