Skillet Chicken and Broccoli With Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz.) pkg. fast-cooking chicken-flavored rice and vermicelli mix
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen diced cooked chicken or turkey breast
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

    In large nonstick skillet, combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes.

    Add chicken and broccoli; mix well. Cover; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender, water is absorbed and mixture is thoroughly heated.
