More About This Recipe
- White chocolate is one of the best things to ever happen to chocolate—or is it? It just so happens that there is an ongoing debate on whether white chocolate is actually chocolate. It turns out that it technically doesn’t qualify as real chocolate because it doesn’t contain cocoa powder. Instead, it’s made with cocoa butter. Whether you’re a fan of white chocolate or not, it’s become almost as customary as chocolate, and appears in bakeries, cookbooks and holiday cookie exchanges almost as often! These White Chocolate Ginger Cookies offer warm, nutty flavors with ginger and nutmeg which just so happens to be the perfect complement to white chocolate. Now that you have a fun fact to share at your holiday party, how about a few more fun cookie facts Or if you’d rather impress guests with your baking skills, these gingerbread cookies should do the trick!
