Sweet and Sour Ham Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 slice (about 1 lb) center-cut smoked ham
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Instructions

    In small bowl, mix sweet-and-sour sauce and juice concentrate; set aside.

    In 10- to 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham slice over medium heat 6 minutes, turning once.

    Spoon sauce mixture over ham. Cook 4 to 6 minutes longer, turning ham once or twice, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with chives.
